Sebastian Stamm

Sebastian Stamm is a comic artist, game artist and an academic. He teaches as a professor of game art in the department of game design at the University of Applied Sciences Europe in Berlin. He is co-founder and member of the award-winning indie game studio Black Pants Game Studio, where he works as art director, illustrator and managing director. In his work, he combines analogue and digital drawing, computer games, comics, illustration and sequential narration in order to create intersections of form and content. Sebastian Stamm works as an art director at Supercrowd Entertainment and implements interactive digital convention formats there. He was a member of the Institute for Design Research at the UE and is co-founder of the Creatables Conference - Sustainability in Digital and SMEs. Stamm studied illustration and animation at the Kunsthochschule Kassel and graduated with honors in visual communication. Sebastian Stamm currently lives in Berlin with his wife and two sons.
