Dietmar Krüger works successfully as a freelance illustrator and comic artist/author. From 2007 to 2009, a two-page comic strip appeared monthly in MOVER magazine. In 2012, his Münster comic strip "Kim Luna - Der Fluch des Wiedertäufers" was published. In 2016, a 13-page comic story appeared in "Perry - Unser Mann im All." Otherwise, he mainly creates illustrations for book publishers such as Ravensburger, Bastei, Schneider, Breitschopf-Verlag (Vienna) or G&G (Vienna) for children's, youth and adult books. Magazines like Focus, Max, Men's Health, GQ, FHM, Cinema or Bild are among his clients as well as advertising agencies or private customers. For publishers such as Fan Pro or Pabel Moewig, he draws well-known characters such as Perry Rhodan or Atlan. For advertising films he designs layout, storyboarding and drawings - as well as games for various game publishers. His drawing style ranges from funny to fantastic, from realistic to weird. As far as the artist's time allows, he works on his own projects like the Münster comic "Kim Luna", various other comic projects or children's and youth books.
