Haiko Hörnig spent most of his childhood in his father's comic shop and to this day prefers to talk about Spider-Man costumes and Batman adaptations. In 2006, he started the webcomic "Selective Memory" with his school friend Marius Pawlitza. Since 2013, Haiko has worked as a comic and screenwriter, e.g. for Joscha Sauer's animated series "Nichtlustig", for Ralph Rothe's "Das Klo" (radio play and book, etc.) and for Deutsche Bahn's "Der kleine ICE". For Community Editions, he wrote the Spiegel bestsellers "Der Golemkönig" and "GermanLetsPlay: Im Wirbel der Welten", among others. Since 2014, he has published the fantasy comic series "A House Divided" with Marius Pawlitza, the fourth part of which is currently being published in the USA by Lerner Publishing.
