Alexander Gellner is a Berlin illustrator and animator. "Lerse" is a character from Goethe's play "Götz von Berlichingen mit der eisernen Hand". In his story in COZMIC Vol. 05, Alexander tells Goethe's Sturm und Drang epic as a modern "complimentary adaptation" in SF comic form.
