Thomas Baehr began his professional drawing career in the USA, where he lived for many years. He has been back in Berlin since 2019. He has been drawing his strip POLE, full of cute penguins in times of climate change, since 2005, followed by his first newspaper publications in the same year. Since 2017, his penguins have found their home in Germany at Gringo Verlag. There, just in time for the 20th Comic Salon POLE, volume 3 will be published: Imagine there is climate change ... and everyone ignores it.
