Lea Hübner in conversation with Ulli Lust and Powerpaola; in English

Ulli Lust is a Berlin-based Austrian comics author, Powerpaola was born in Ecuador, raised in Colombia and she lives in Buenos Aires – in their graphic novels "Today is the last day of the rest of your life" and "How I tried to be a good person" and "Virus Tropical" respectively, they narrate how they went out into the world to finally become artists. With impressive honesty, the two artists talk about themselves. Both have created works that have been met with a great response and have influenced other comic-artists. What motivated them to describe their way into life as a comic autobiography and in doing so, how did they proceed?
