Natalia Batista
Natalia Batista (*1986) describes her work as "Swedish manga". She has been a member of Nosebleed Studio since 2006. She published her first manga "A Song for Elise" (2009), a love story of two men in the yaoi genre, as a webcomic and fanzine. This is followed by "Mjau!" (2010 -2013), a series for children. Her best-known work is "Sword Princess Amaltea" (2013 -2017), a fantasy narrative with gender roles reversed. The action-packed heroine's journey is published in Germany and the U.S., among other countries. Since 2013, Batista has taught at the Malmö College of Comics.
