Kraut & Rubies deals with a wide variety of visual and book-based forms of expression across genres. In addition to the classic picture story, special attention is paid to the area of art/artist books and illustrated narratives. The thematic focus here is on eroticism, whether queer or straight. In collaboration with writers and visual artists such as Antoine Bernhart, Carlos Atanes, Annie Sprinkle, Frank Schulz, Susie Bright, REX, Peggy Munson and many more, small bibliophilic editions are created in limited numbers.
