Kolja

Kolja has built up a reputation as a freelance illustrator with an artistic focus in recent years. He turned more strongly to art shortly after completing his design studies and mainly paints large-format oil and acrylic pictures. Not infrequently, his works also have a connection to the "ninth art". The freelance artist from near Bonn has never lost sight of his interest in the world of comics, and so in 2008 he applied to the legendary Weissblech Verlag with a short story. Kolja regularly drew comics for the magazines "Horrorschocker" and "Welten des Schreckens". For Weissblech, he has written several stories as well as creating some cover artwork. Classics like "Der Gulp" have long since burned themselves into the brains of Weissblech readers. At the Comic Salon, Kolja will sign comics and draw live at the Weissblech booth.
