toonsUp e. V. is a non-profit association for the dissemination of the 9th art. It is aimed at both artists and their fans. The online platform offers everyone (beginners to professionals) the opportunity to present their own works and exchange ideas with others. Fans of comics, cartoons and illustrations will find new works every day and an extensive archive. toonsUp e. V. organizes meetings, workshops, participation in trade fairs and publishes joint publications.
