Born in 1964 and has worked as a freelance journalist and author for exactly three decades. In 1992, he published the first German-language book about the most famous comedian duo in film history: Laurel & Hardy - Ihr Leben, ihre Filme. In the past 20 years, Christian Blees has mainly written radio features for public service broadcasters. His feature "Mythos Kennedy - Leben und Sterben des JFK" was awarded the 1st Radio Prize of the RIAS Berlin Commission. His most recent publication is Lee Falk's PHANTOM, to be published this June by Edition Alfons.
