A cartoon usually tells a lot with very little. We make the little our principle. To do this, we look at the style and technique of various cartoons by different cartoonists and try to tell our own story with as few means as possible. What do we need for our picture and what can we leave out? How do you work with blanks? How to be funny? Is it possible for something sad to be funny? What is actually both?
No drawing talent necessary! Bring pen and paper.
