Increasingly, Canadians with Indigenous ancestry are using comics as an art form to tell stories of discrimination, oppression and violence - as well as resistance and the struggle for equality and compensation. Some of these works, including the anthology " Dieses Land - 150 Jahre neu erzählt", have been published in German by bahoe-Verlag in Vienna. A conversation with its founder Rudi Gradnitzer about the potential of comics as a political medium.
