Santa Kakese, Yann Kumbozi and Judith Kaluaji are representatives of a new, promising generation of comic artists from the Democratic Republic of Congo. They are at the same time scenarists, illustrators and editors of their author comics. Together with art critic Jean Kamba, they talk about their way of working as a collective, the perspectives and challenges of the comic scene in Kinshasa and its international connections.
